TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: October 28th 2026This contract applies to the artist further called FaMe_Suki and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from FaMe_Suki a Retexture further called Product. By ordering Product from FaMe_Suki, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay at least the due amount upfront of Bases and/or Assets total amount for any Retextures that require a base/asset purchase
2. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
3. If you wish to add assets during a current commission there will be an added fee of $5 for clothing and $10 for body mods
4. Customer accepts that work on the Retextures will not commence until down payment or agreed down payment has been received by FaMe_Suki according to the above schedule.
5. If you are in no position to purchase a retexture from me, please don't reach out until you are ready to
6. If the asset and base price go over set price you will pay an extra $10 as an exceed fee
PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to the Customer via Google drive folder containing a Ready to upload Unity Package, Masks and Texture files after the final payment has been received by FaMe_Suki.
7. I will not be uploading the avatar onto your vrc account from my end, for it puts your account and my account at risk of being permanently banned. please insure you have a way of uploading the avatar yourself once it is recieved
8. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by FaMe_Suki. FaMe_Suki can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.REVISIONS
9. The Customer has the right to ask as many revisions as long as they wish. however it must be within the commission period, otherwise the Customer will have to pay again if they are major changes like pattern changes or high detailed changes
10. The Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail, Any requests above that, however minor, The Customer has the right to take to another Retexture Artist or have the option to pay again at half simple retexture commission priceCURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD
12. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to FaMe_Suki.
13. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on FaMe_Suki's account is equal to the invoice amount in USDREFUND POLICY
14. Customer has right to request a refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive weeks, no communication for a month, or when Product has not been completed within 3 months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
15. Customer obliges to contact FaMe_Suki within 2 days for any clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, or reproduction for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by FaMe_Suki. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Suki defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.17. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.18. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.19. The Customer does not have the right to share or forward the product to ANYONE unless it is used for only the Customer's upload. If the uploader is someone other than the Customer, they are required to avoid using any and all files for the uploaders use after the upload is finished and assets added are working properlyCANCELLATIONS
20. FaMe_Suki reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to the Customer.
21. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. the Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed and if bases/asset purchases were needed.
22. FaMe_Suki will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
23. If you rush FaMe_Suki to get a Product done before the time estimation of when the product will be finished and confirmed, you will be given a warning. trying to rush FaMe_Suki will result in a worse and rushed product and added stress
24. IF you are caught breaking My TOS in anyway shape or form, you will be blacklisted publicly in a tab in this website
